Hi! My name is Anh. I am UX designer passionate about accessibility and creating inclusive, user-centered experiences. With a background in psychology and behavioral therapy, I’ve worked closely with individuals of diverse abilities, which has shaped my empathetic approach and attention to detail in design. My experience has trained me to observe users closely, identify patterns in how they interact with systems, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Now, I bring that behavioral insight into UX design by focusing on user needs, reducing friction, and validating designs through research.
